Strategic Business Areas
Entertainment
For our clients in the media and entertainment industry, VideoBank designs solutions that include the ingestion of video content from both master reels and live sources. Content is logged during and after ingestion, where decisions are made on areas of interest and searchable meta-data is added. VideoBank then organizes the transcoding of high-res parent files into streaming formats for distribution both within and outside the organization.

Government
VideoBank has implemented systems for the US Government in both military and non-military capacities, and for intelligence gathering and long term archiving of content. Our clients include the Army, Navy, Air Force, Bureau of Land Management, Sandia National Laboratories, and more. VideoBank has provided mobile systems for content collection and management, as well as permanent systems for content archiving. We have designed systems to automate the ingest of multiple live channels of video, global positioning data, meta-data tagged jpg files and more into searchable intelligence repositories.
Medical/Research
VideoBank works with medical and research institutions to provide solutions for archive and content distribution. Video and audio content is ingested from tape based and live sources to give doctors, researchers and specialists access to educational and research materials. Content is delivered via our web application within the organization, and once cleared can be accessed by interested members of the medical/research community via satellite and internet broadcast.

Education
With our multi-channel encoding experience and automation capabilities, VideoBank has excellent solutions for classroom recording and archiving. Recordings can be scheduled, migrated then posted to a web server where students can log in and access only content that they have rights to view. VideoBank has deployed systems with both a centralized and decentralized architecture, and can integrate with existing technology and infrastructure.
